we are a family-run business, we produce preserves in oil and vinegar with customised recipes. for a few years now we have specialised in marinating peeled white garlic, we season it in various recipes... now we would like to increase the level of this product and search for recipes to promote garlic as a health product, garlic that is good for you, garlic and its prodigious properties for our well-being.
