Description
Hello, my name is Jolanda and I am the mother of two children, one of whom has a severe intellectual disability. Unfortunately, our old car has broken down and we cannot afford to buy a new one. My husband is currently unable to find work, and we are getting by on government benefits; between the rent, bills and private therapy sessions (in addition to those covered by the National Health Service), we cannot make ends meet. What’s more, every month we have to buy very expensive supplements for our disabled child, as he also suffers from eating disorders and has to follow diets that are costly. We’re feeling really down. We need the car to take our child to his therapies, and unfortunately the school is a long way from our home. We mainly use it for him, as we no longer even have the time or the energy to go out for an ice cream 😢😢
I’m hoping for a little help so that we can buy a vehicle to take my son to therapy and school ❤️
