Description
Active Aging
Project Summary
Active Aging is a health-promoting project aimed at seniors, with the goal of strengthening their physical, mental, and social well-being. Through adapted activities, social engagement, and health-focused initiatives, the project seeks to support active aging and a healthy lifestyle. Active Aging welcomes support from donors and partners who share the vision of improving quality of life for older adults.
Background and Identified Need
The proportion of older adults in society is increasing, and many seniors experience reduced physical activity, social isolation, and declining health. These factors can negatively affect independence, well-being, and overall quality of life.
