For most, I'm a chocolatier (the artisan who creates pralines and other chocolate confections)! But for friends, I am also the chocolate maker who creates real chocolate right from the cocoa bean, from organic beans, from small, sustainable farms, beans bred with respect for people and nature. I want my Bean to Bar origin chocolate to reach more people!

Help me buy my first bag of cocoa beans (60kg) by reserving a bar (or several)! The price of one of these original bean-to-bar tablets is 35 lei. Attention! The platform automatically sets a commission, which can be changed to 0%, as soon as the payment method is selected.

How does it work?

-You reserve your tablet by paying in advance.

- If I manage to raise the required amount by the end of the summer, within a few weeks (depending on how fast the cocoa arrives), you'll receive the promised chocolate.

- If I fail to raise the amount, I'll refund your money in full.

It may be a small gesture for you, but for me it could be the start of a new chapter that I dream of!

At the moment, I'm manifesting my passion for Bean to Bar through tasting workshops, where I invite people to discover that chocolate is so much more than what we've been used to thinking. That it's not just 'dark and bitter'. That it can have floral, woody, earthy, spicy or fruity notes - flavours that are in the bean, dictated by genetics, area, soil and climate, then brought out by the chocolate maker. I want participants, at the end of the experience, to look at chocolate as something other than just a dessert and make more conscious choices. I want to educate and do justice to the cocoa fruit. To restore its preciousness.

Behind the Bean to Bar movement is a deep, beautiful and meaningful world of respect for people and nature. It is a great joy for me to be able to tell it further! But the best way to get to know this world is to savour it, through real chocolate, made with soul. Finally, from my soul! 🩷
