A fresh start, a four-legged friend and the dream of seeing more

Life has a strange way of falling into place when you least expect it. We are two people in our thirties who, after our own turbulent chapters, have finally found a home – not just a place, but each other. Today, we live a life we barely dared to dream of a few years ago, filled with peace, stability and the company of our wonderful dog, who is the kindest companion in the world.

After a year of hard work, during which we really focused on building our foundation and our security, we have, however, realised one thing: our world has become a little too small.

When the horizon stops at the village boundary

We live in a very small village. It is beautiful and safe, but it is also a place that feels restrictive for two people who both share a passion for exploring, hiking and experiencing Swedish nature. Being tied to one place when the thirst for adventure is calling eventually turns into a quiet frustration.

We have worked hard to get where we are today. That is why it is not easy for us to write this, or to ask for help, but as summer approaches, we have a shared dream.

The key to freedom

We are looking for a car – not just as a means of transport, but as the key to our freedom. We want to be able to pack up the dog, fill a rucksack and actually get out to the forests, mountains and waters that lie beyond our little village. We want to give each other that summer of freedom we have worked so hard to earn.

Asking for help or opening up about your dreams is difficult, but we believe that life becomes easier when you’re honest about what you long for. We’re ready to take the next step in our shared adventure.
