Hello, my name is Patrycja and I am 36 years old. I have found myself in a difficult situation. I was recently diagnosed with inoperable kidney cancer. The only chance for successful treatment is immune therapy, which unfortunately involves very high costs, exceeding my financial possibilities. In one moment my life was turned upside down, it was supposed to be a simple visit to the doctor and I was told "your left kidney is very enlarged, we need to do more tests". Waiting for the results - the worst time for me in terms of nerves, stress and, above all, fear. Diagnosis - cancer. A million thoughts in my head, litres of tears shed and an unanswered question - why me? I want to live, I have a whole life ahead of me, I have a beloved family, friends and my beloved animals who show me every day that I am needed. I underwent cryoablation (freezing of the tumour), but not for long, after several weeks the tumour reappeared. Two tumours were removed, but the treatment continues because new ones have appeared. 🥺
