Hi!

My name is Ola, and I am a practitioner of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Focusing, and Generative Scribing.

My intention is to empower myself and others to connect deeply with our authentic selves. To take time for what truly matters, be kind to ourselves, trust, and follow our intuition. I explore this through art and deep listening—being present with myself and with others.

I’ve decided to go to India to immerse myself in a completely different culture. To discover order in chaos. To deeply listen to people who live there—learn about their lives, how NVC supports them, and what it means to be part of this culture, as a woman or a man.

Attending the IIT (International Intensive Training) is a significant step in transforming the way I work and live. After four years in NGOs—coordinating, organizing, and constantly being in motion—I need to pause, take time to integrate my experience, clarify my path, and fully nourish myself with these values.

I am in search of my Ikigai—the intersection of what I love, what I’m good at, what the world needs, and what can sustain me. I trust that this journey will bring me closer to clarity and energy to step into work that aligns with my unique superpowers—combining art, presence, and deep listening.

To make this step possible, I need financial support to cover:

• IIT program fee: €600 (second installment)

• Accommodation and meals: €300
