Senior paradise - A temporary home *****

Imagine a place where senior citizens are not only well looked after, but are also happy and have a fulfilling time - and where you, as a relative, also have a good feeling knowing that they will want for nothing. This is exactly the vision I have, and this is exactly the vision I would like to realise together with you!

In my many years of working with people and especially in the care sector, I experience every day what senior citizens really need to feel comfortable and safe.

With my experience and deep understanding of the needs of older people, I would like to buy a small, exclusive hotel and transform it into a unique paradise for senior citizens: an oasis of well-being with 20 cosy, comfortably designed rooms. Here, older people will find a home where they can be pampered and enjoy a carefree time - be it for a week, a month or a year.

What makes this project so unique?

A family retreat

Unlike most retirement homes, the focus here is on personalised care and a warm welcome. It is not a sterile facility, but an inviting, familiar retreat with warm-hearted staff who cater to individual needs and take their time. We are small enough to know each guest personally and large enough to ensure first-class care.

Wellness and activity

At the heart of my offer is the all-round wellness package: in addition to comprehensive full board including snacks, guests have access to an exclusive wellness area with swimming pool and sauna. These soothing moments of relaxation are a welcome change and support the physical and mental health of our guests. In addition, there are carefully planned daily activities such as baking workshops, bingo afternoons, light gymnastics, art and creative classes, and much more - always tailored to the interests and abilities of our guests. In this way, we promote mobility, creativity and, above all, the joy of shared experiences.

A garden to experience and enjoy

Our idyllic garden should be much more than just a place to take a walk and pause for a moment. A small petting zoo with lovingly cared for animals awaits senior citizens here, which they can experience up close. The opportunity to stroke and feed animals is not only fun, but also creates valuable encounters. Our experience shows that contact with animals is good for older people, provides positive emotions and at the same time revitalises everyday life.

Health care and everyday assistance

At our hotel, we take comprehensive care of the health of senior citizens. In addition to regular herbal workshops, trips to the doctor and errands are organised and carried out safely. We also help with everyday concerns, because our guests should feel cared for and safe in every respect. Here, everyone can organise their everyday life according to their own wishes and at the same time can rely on us to provide support.

Community and a sense of security

A place for senior citizens is only truly valuable if it also offers human closeness and community. We therefore promote a family atmosphere characterised by friendships, mutual support and shared experiences.
