The OlsenHof is a special shelter in Szabadszállás-Balázspusta, Hungary, where dogs who have never had a chance elsewhere find a home: elderly, sick, large and most of them have never been purebred. Adoption is rare in our country, as most of them are "forever pets" - but we want to give them a worthy life for as long as possible.
The number of dogs living on the farm is constantly between 50 and 60. Every day, they are true survivors, for whom every bite of food, every medical treatment, every love is a gift.
What do we need your help with?- Medical expenses (medicines, treatments, vaccinations)
- Food (daily food supply for 50-60 dogs is a huge burden)
- Pest control (tick, flea, heartworm prevention)
- Caretakers' wages (without them we would not be able to provide daily care for the dogs)
This is a recurring collection, as our dogs need to be fed every day, see a doctor, and have a safe home.
What do we give you in return?- Regular reports (photos, videos) of the dogs' daily lives so you can see where your donation is going.
- An invitation to visit the farm, as we welcome anyone who supports us.
