Hi! My name is Cristina and I live in a city in Romania. For years, my neighbor and I have been rescuing stray dogs — feeding them, taking them to the vet, and helping them find loving homes.

But the reality is overwhelming. There are more and more abandoned dogs, and we no longer have the space or resources to care for them all. Our hearts are full, but our means are limited.

That’s why we dream of building a simple, safe shelter — a place where these souls can rest and recover until they find their forever families. Nothing fancy — just a piece of peace.

We are raising funds for:

• renting or buying a small piece of land
• basic construction (fencing, dog houses, shelter materials)
• food, bowls, and basic medical care

Every donation, no matter how small, helps build a better future for these dogs.

Sadly, these dogs are living in constant fear.

A few months ago, someone threw firecrackers at them. Since then, they have become very scared of people. When anyone approaches, they move away, trembling with fear.

Even we, the ones who feed and care for them every day, are only allowed to gently touch two of them. The others still cannot trust human hands — but they show us their love in their own way, wagging their tails when they see us from a distance.

Now, some people are threatening to poison them… even though these souls are completely innocent.

They do not attack. They do not harm anyone. They only want to survive — quietly, in peace.

They deserve a safe place.

They deserve to heal from their fear and know kindness again.
