Hello everyone! I'm Kata and I created this fundraiser because I want a big plan of mine to become reality, I want to become a cheese maker.

In 2022, I bought a small female goat so that the year after, once she has a baby goat, I could have homemade goat milk. In 2023, I bought another goat and got goat milk from the neighbors, and I also learned how to make cheese. At first I only made it for the family, later relatives and friends, while I also started experimenting and tried several varieties.

I once heard someone say in a video that you can't do animal husbandry and cheese making at the same time, because it's a lot. I think you can, and I also really like the fact that I know what the milk I'm working with is like. My animals graze freely, so they eat a lot of herbs that go into the milk. They are outside during the day and at night when they don't want to go into their barn. They are happy this way, and I can use milk that contains natural ingredients, to produce natural, clean products for ourselves, and I also want make it for sales porpuses, for which however a special room has to be created.

What I'm raising for:

-100 liter cheese tub

-100 liter milk cooler

-milking machine

-plus furniture: table, 1-2 cabinets

-accessories for cheese making: molds, containers

-painting

-tiling

-I would also like to get two more goats
