The Pro Education, Culture and Technology Association (Pro E.C.T) supports the neuro-cognitive development of children in the neonatal unit at Marie Curie Hospital through classical music🎶.Psychological studies have shown that classical music🎼 has a calming effect on babies. The sounds of musical compositions, such as those by Mozart, Bach or Beethoven, can help babies to relax and sleep better, and help them to improve their attention and concentration. Listening to music can contribute to the development of auditory perception, the ability to distinguish between different frequencies and rhythms, and the development of spatial thinking skills.In 2024, the Pro E.C.T. Association helped to upgrade the sound system in two wards and is facilitating access to classical music for newborns via the Spotify platform.
