My name is Raluca. I am 26 years old and a mother to my beautiful 2-year-old son. He is my greatest source of strength and the reason I continue fighting every day. Today, I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support in my fight against cancer.

In 2021, my life took a devastating turn when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I underwent a mastectomy to remove my left breast, hoping that this would be the beginning of the end of this terrible chapter. I wanted to return to my studies, build my future, and watch my family grow.

But only six months later, I received another devastating diagnosis: ovarian cancer.

I had to make the difficult decision to have one of my ovaries removed, followed by chemotherapy. Despite everything I had already been through, I continued to fight. After giving birth to my precious son in 2025, I underwent another surgery to remove my remaining ovary in order to protect my health.

After three courses of chemotherapy and stereotactic therapy, I finally received the news I had been desperately hoping for: I was in full remission.

For the first time in years, I believed I had finally won my battle with cancer. I thought I could finally begin living my life without constantly being afraid of what the next scan might show. I could focus on being a mother and watching my little boy grow up.

Sadly, that happiness did not last.

In 2026, cancer came back.

This time, I was diagnosed with Stage III invasive breast carcinoma NST in my right breast. After everything I had already endured, hearing the word "cancer" again felt like my entire world had collapsed.

My doctors have explained that I need urgent treatment and surgery. At this moment, the best treatment option available to me is a specialized medication that costs approximately €5,800 for each treatment session.

We still do not know exactly how many sessions I will need before I can undergo my next surgery. This makes the financial burden incredibly difficult because I have to raise the money step by step, without knowing exactly how much the complete treatment will cost.

I have always tried to cover my medical expenses myself and have fought through every challenge that has come my way. But this time, the costs are simply more than I can manage alone.

That is why I am asking for your help.

I am not asking anyone to carry the entire burden for me. I am asking for help step by step, treatment by treatment, so that I can continue receiving the care I desperately need.

My greatest wish is simple: to stay alive and be there for my son as he grows up. He deserves to have his mother by his side, and I am determined to fight for that future with everything I have.
