On 29.09.2024 I bought a family car. Renault Scenic. A month later, on 09.08.2024, the car was damaged. It went to a workshop where it was determined that the engine was damaged and the car required general repairs.

the cost of engine repair is 17,000 PLN, about 4,000 euro.

I contacted the seller about the situation and demanded a refund for the repair cost. Unfortunately, the seller does not feel guilty and that I am unlucky.

I also contacted a legal adviser to see if there was a possibility of getting my money back, but I got an answer that there was nothing I could do about it legally.

We spent all our savings on this car and thus we were left without money and a car..

unfortunately I can't afford to fix my car. I have two children, the youngest of whom is only one year old, my wife doesn't work because she looks after the child and supports the family on one salary.
