I am a 23-year-old hardworking student who believes in earning everything through dedication and persistence. Every day, I balance my studies with two part-time jobs, doing my best to support myself and slowly build a stable future.

I am fortunate to already have a place that I can call mine, but at the moment, it is only an empty, unfinished space. It has no basic installations such as electricity wiring, plumbing, heating, or insulation. There are no finished walls, no flooring, no bathroom fittings, just bare concrete. To make it livable, it requires a complete renovation from the ground up.

My dream is not luxury. I simply want to turn this empty space into a modest, warm apartment where I can feel secure and soon start a family. I am ready to continue working hard, as I always have. However, with student income and part-time salaries, covering essential renovation costs is extremely difficult. Unfortunately, getting a bank loan as a student without a full-time contract is nearly impossible.
