Description

I’ve had a loose disc in my back since the third week after the operation, causing my vertebra to collapse by about 40% and leaving me in constant pain to this day – and that was a year ago now, as it was last November. It wasn’t until July this year that they realised, after running lots of tests, and now I’ve found out that the NHS has a waiting list of one to four years. Because of the pain, I can’t work; walking hurts; when I get up, I get sharp pains in both my back and my lower back because the pain reaches that far. every so often I have to go to the doctor to get painkillers that last a day, but the medication isn’t working for me. We keep insisting, but they just tell us there’s nothing they can do because the worst part is that they treat it as mere old age, not as something that limits me more and more every day, I’m already very desperate because, even if we file a claim for medical negligence, it will take time to be resolved and I can’t afford an operation. I haven’t worked for months because I can’t, and my parents are pensioners.

I would really be very grateful for any help. Besides, I have all the reports, tests and complaints to prove that
