I have had a loose plate in my back since the 3rd week after the operation, causing me to collapse the vertebrae by 40%, causing me some pain and that has been a year ago because it was last November, it was not until July of this year that they realised it by doing many tests, and now I find that public health has a waiting list of one to four years, because of the pain I cannot work, it hurts me to walk, when I get up I get stuck in my back and in the lumbar region because the pain is already there, Every now and then I have to go to the doctor to take painkillers which last me a day but the medication has no effect, we insist and insist but they only tell us that they can't do anything because the worst thing is that they treat it as a simple withdrawal, not as something that limits me more every day, I am already very desperate because even if we file a lawsuit for negligence until it is resolved it will be a while and I don't have the money to pay for an operation, I haven't worked for months because I can't and my parents are pensioners.
