In order to carry out our current activities and the projects we wish to pursue, our

association also needs your help.

We have organised a fundraising campaign to help cover the costs of using the boat and

maintaining it.

Your support will enable us to raise funds for the purchase of new equipment to be used during our outings.

Here is an overview of the various projects:

1. **Sailing for schools and work-study programmes**:

- **Sailing courses**: Organising sailing lessons for students, with both theory and practical sessions.

- **Ecology projects**: Integrating sailing lessons with interdisciplinary activities in the field of ecology, such as plastic recovery or the study of the seabed and the various marine species present in the gulf.

- **Work experience**: Collaborating with secondary schools to create work experience programmes, offering practical experience in the nautical sector.

2. **Team building**:

- **Corporate events**: Offer team-building experiences on a sailing boat, developing leadership and collaboration skills.

- **Regattas**: Organise regattas between corporate teams, encouraging teamwork.

- **Workshops**: Combine sailing activities with training workshops on conflict resolution and time management.

3. **Sailing therapy for the elderly and patients completing follow-up care**:

- **Therapeutic sailing sessions**: Organise specific sessions for the elderly and convalescing patients, with support from instructors and medical staff.

- **Recovery programmes**: Integrate sailing therapy into rehabilitation programmes, promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

- **Support groups**: Create support groups to facilitate the sharing of experiences.

These projects can involve different sections of the community, promoting sailing as a tool for education, therapy and personal growth.
