In order to be able to carry out our current activities and projects, our

association also needs your help.

We have organised a fundraiser to help us with the costs of using the boat and

management of the boat.

The help will enable us to have an amount for the purchase of new equipment to be used during outings.

Here is an overview of the various projects:

1. **Sailing for School and School Work Alternation**:

- **Sailing courses**: Organise sailing lessons for students, with theoretical and practical sessions.

- **Ecology projects**: Integrate sailing lessons with interdisciplinary activities in the field of ecology, such as plastic recovery or the study of the seabed and the various marine species in the gulf.

- **School-to-work alternation**: Collaborate with high schools to create school-to-work paths, offering practical experience in the nautical world.

2. **Team building**:

- **Company events**: Offer team building experiences on the sailing boat, developing leadership and collaboration skills.

- **Regatta races**: Organise regatta races between corporate teams, encouraging teamwork.

- **Workshops**: Combine sailing activities with training workshops on conflict resolution and time management.

3. **Sailing therapy for elderly and follow-up patients**:

- **Therapeutic sailing sessions**: Organise specific sessions for elderly and recovering patients, supported by instructors and medical staff.

- **Recovery programmes**: Integrate sail therapy into rehabilitation programmes, promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

- **Support groups**: Create support groups to facilitate the sharing of experiences.

These projects can involve different segments of the community, promoting sailing as an educational, therapeutic and personal growth tool.
