Hello, my name is Gessica Rodrigues and I am a single mother to a wonderful little girl who, despite her young age, is facing some tough inner struggles. My daughter has mental health issues that require stability, constant care and lots of love… but above all, a safe place to live.



We are going through a very difficult time. I can no longer afford the rent on my own, and I am doing everything in my power to keep us afloat, but I can’t take it anymore. I don’t want my daughter to experience the distress of being homeless, just when she most needs to feel protected.



This fundraising campaign is my last resort before we lose our home. With your help, we’ll be able to cover this month’s rent whilst I continue to look for a stable solution. Every little contribution counts. Even sharing this story can make a difference.



I’m not asking for charity, I’m asking for a helping hand to keep us going. Because behind this plea is a mother who doesn’t want to give up… and a little girl who deserves to keep believing that the world can still be a safe place.
