Hello.

My name is Hanka. I like to paint pictures with my mouth.

I live with my boyfriend and my two daughters Natálka and Štěpánka.

My diagnosis is DMO with quadrupyramid syndrome , so I depend on the help of others 24/7 .

Despite my illness I am a proud mother of two daughters 5 years and 1,5 years old who are thank God healthy.

My boyfriend takes care of us, but I also use the services of personal assistance, which is very important to me because I feel like a valid member of the family. I can also help my friend not to be alone and also to pursue my hobbies ( mouth painting ) and also my spiritual development .

In spite of the assistance services I use, most of the care must be provided by a friend , but in the long run it is very demanding both mentally and physically . And that is why I wanted to ask for support , because my boyfriend is constantly taking care of us and has back and shoulder problems where he has to go 3 or 4 times a week for rehabilitation . Unfortunately the rehabilitation will be long term and it is not in our power to pay for so much assistance to go there . That's why I decided to ask for help so that I can increase the assistance service and my friend can attend the rehabilitation.
