This is the face of neglect in Košice. This dog (in the photo) is just one of many who roam our streets, suffering from severe skin conditions, malnutrition, and untreated injuries. Without a proper municipal rescue center (odchytná stanica), these animals have nowhere to go. They are left to suffer in silence, invisible to the world until it is often too late.

​The Problem

Currently, Košice lacks a dedicated municipal facility equipped to handle the sheer volume of stray and abused animals. Local shelters are overwhelmed, underfunded, and forced to turn away animals in desperate need because there is simply no more room or resources.

​Our Mission

We are raising funds to establish a new rescue and rehabilitation center in Košice. Our goal is to create a safe haven where:

​Abused and stray animals receive immediate veterinary care.

​A dedicated rescue team can safely get animals off the streets.

​Malnourished souls can regain their strength and find loving forever homes.
