Hello, my name is Alex, and I am a father of two wonderful children. I am creating this fundraiser because my family is facing a very difficult financial situation.

During and after the COVID-19 period, I encountered serious issues related to my tax returns in the UK. As a result, HMRC has informed me that I owe more than £25,000 in VAT, and they have also determined that I was not eligible for certain COVID support grants that I received at the time. Alongside these obligations, I have accumulated additional debts that I simply cannot afford to repay.

I have now returned to my home country, Romania, where I am working and earning approximately €600 per month. Unfortunately, this income is barely enough to cover basic living expenses such as food, utilities, and caring for my children. There is no realistic way for me to support my family and repay these debts on my current income.

The funds raised will be used to help provide stability for my children, cover essential living costs, and reduce the financial burden that is preventing us from moving forward with our lives.
