Hello, my name is Lorenzo and I am completely and permanently disabled due to multiple sclerosis. I have started this fundraising campaign because, unfortunately, MS is a degenerative condition and, as was to be expected, my condition is deteriorating. At the moment I am in a wheelchair, but before long I will be permanently bedridden!! I need some essential equipment, specifically a fully motorised anti-bedsore orthopaedic bed and a motorised hoist. Unfortunately, in Italy, disabled people are treated as a nuisance rather than as people who need help; for us, there is no such thing as inclusion, and so on.
