Hello everyone,

My name is Marcello and today I am writing to you with my heart on my sleeve to ask for your support for my wife Letizia, a special person who is facing the toughest battle of her life: adrenal cancer.

The current situation

Letizia is fighting with incredible strength, but the treatment journey is long and arduous. In addition to the burden of the illness, we now face logistical and financial challenges that we cannot tackle alone. The treatment she needs is available at a clinic in Catania, far from home.

Why are we asking for your help?

Our aim is to raise funds to cover:

• Medical transport: Frequent and safe journeys to the specialist centre (costs of fuel, motorways or trains).
• Accommodation and travel: Costs for staying near the hospital during treatment cycles.
• Treatment and support: Medicines not covered by the National Health Service and the nursing or physiotherapy care necessary for his recovery.
