On January 4, 2022, they closed my business and seized the land where it operated, due to lack of a permit (even though for 10 years this had not been a problem). After this episode I went into a spiral of debt and depression. Living in a small country, for a while you don't talk about anything else, you hear people's looks on you, you hear the comments they make, and you feel ashamed, you feel humiliated, even if you are not guilty, you did not kill or hurt anyone.

I rolled up my sleeves and went back to being a waiter, serving those people who talked behind me and laughed at me. Now after two years of this "new" job, which at least allows me to pay the bills, I'd like to open a restaurant of my own, or run one.

That's how I want to get back in the game, prove to those people that I've stood up, that they don't have to talk if they ignore the facts.
