Hello everyone, we are Dominik & Bettina, parents of 2 wonderful girls, 13 years & 3 years young.

We have now found the perfect location for our dream and we want to realise it together for and with you.

We want to open a family & children's nature resort on a 10,000m2 natural property in the middle of the Canary forest, with 3 small cottages, a large barbecue area and a 2,500m2 paddock with stables and space for 6 horses. Nature, fun & action for children and relaxation for parents. Only 10 minutes by car from the beach, this location offers everything your heart desires.

Our concept?

Clearly FAMILY. An exciting holiday for children, with entertainment and supervision and pure relaxation for parents. While the kids are provided with exciting programmes, including meals, the parents can relax on the beach, explore the beautiful places of Tenerife and enjoy life.

Cost:

At €250,000, the property is relatively inexpensive for its size, stock and location.

Added to this is the installation of electricity €15,000. A pool 8.000€, as well as 6 finished accommodations at 8.000€ each. Air-conditioned and fully equipped. Creation of a petting zoo €5,000.

Procurement of ponies for pony rides €2,000

Construction of playground, adventure tower cave €5,000 + plus unexpected costs.

Sustainability:

We are committed to sustainability and therefore cultivate a field of approx. 2,000m2 to grow fruit and vegetables, which are then also sold in the farm shop.

All materials are sourced from local producers. Water storage tank for irrigation system.

Arrival & stay:

We support families in planning their holiday. Such as finding cheap flights, personal pick-up service at the airport, providing information on attractions, booking excursions etc.

We offer daily supervision and entertainment for children aged 5 and over for 5 hours (during this time parents can relax and go on excursions). In the evenings we offer exciting scavenger hunts and campfires.

Products for catering can be purchased from our own farm shop.

Every Saturday we offer an all-you-can-eat BBQ at an open barbecue.
