Description
Through this project, I aim to set up my own ride-hailing company, which would provide a sustainable alternative to low-paid work and create better-paid, stable jobs for local residents. At present, many people are forced to take on low-paid jobs with no long-term prospects, so my aim is to create a business that generates real economic and social benefits for the community.
The planned activities will include professional transport services based on a transparent remuneration model, fair working conditions and the opportunity for employees to earn more than the minimum or average sector wage. The business will be structured in such a way that as the business grows, so too will the number of jobs.
