My name is Valentin and I have a dream: to create Lofty Tourist, a modern and welcoming hotel-style apartment dedicated to travellers who want a unique and comfortable experience in Brasov. It will be a stylish accommodation, furnished with attention to detail, where every guest will feel "home away from home".

To make this dream come true, I am launching this crowdfunding campaign and I am looking for your support for the purchase and furnishing of the apartment.

Once signed up for this project in the future you have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of this project with more apartments and more benefits.

• 1 free weekend of accommodation/year for 5 years.

• 2 free weekends/year for 5 years.

• For every additional EUR 4,000 (over EUR 1,000), you get 1 additional free day/year.
• If you accumulate 2 extra days, they turn into an extra weekend.
• If 1 extra day remains, you can use it whenever you want, subject to availability.

📌 Example:

• You donate €9,000 → you get 2 weekends/year (basic) + 2 extra days → in total 3 weekends/year for 5 years.
• Donate €5,000 → you get 2 weekends/year + 1 extra day → you can use the day whenever you want that year.

All free bookings will be by appointment, subject to availability.

For contributions of EUR 5,000 or more, I offer the opportunity to become a micro-investor in Lofty Tourist, through a participatory loan with monthly repayments and guaranteed interest.

• Contributions of at least EUR 5,000 are treated as participatory loans.
• Each month, 40% of the net profit (rental income after subtracting maintenance, cleaning, taxes, etc.) will be distributed pro-rata to the investors.
• Repayment continues until:
• 100% of the amount invested is returned to you
• +15% interest (bonus)

• If you invest €5,000, you will get back €5,750 in total.
• If EUR 1,000 net profit is left in a month, 40% (i.e. EUR 400) is redistributed between investors.
• If you have invested 25% of the total funds, you get back EUR 100 from that month.

Between 3 and 5 years, depending on the monthly performance of the apartment.

Investors will receive transparent monthly reports with the proceeds and amounts redistributed.
