Hi, my name is Trif Mihaela Mihaela Ancuța and I am a single mum from Romania, living in Arad. My passion for cooking and the desire to do good inspired me to want to open this business more specifically, opening a patisserie that goes beyond simply creating delicious cakes. I dream of a place where desserts bring smiles and the skills learnt in the kitchen pave the way to a brighter and brighter future.

Why this project is important:

My dream is to open a bakery that will become a refuge but also an opportunity for children in foster care centres and families facing financial difficulties. Here's how:

For children:

The bakery will organise free cooking classes for children from foster care centres, giving them the chance to learn valuable skills, build their confidence and experience the joy of creating something beautiful and delicious. Every holiday, we will share smiles and sweets made with love.

For families in need:

We will organise free cooking and baking classes for parents and families facing financial difficulties. These lessons will teach them practical skills they can use at home or even to create a source of income.

As the coffee shop grows, so will our impact on the community, allowing us to touch more lives and instill hope in the hearts of many.

What we need:

To make this dream a reality, we need your help to raise €12,000. The funds will be used for:

Professional appliances and equipment: essential tools such as ovens, mixers and refrigerated display cabinets.

Materials for confectionery courses: Cake moulds, trays and decorating utensils used in the free courses.

Raw materials: Ingredients for the first batches of cakes and for lessons.
