Dearly beloved,

we find ourselves as a community facing the complex work of interior renovation of our church.

Let us make our own the words of Psalm 126: "If the Lord does not build the house, in vain do the builders labour in it".

He is the architect; He is the builder:

It is up to us to be the custodians of the beauty that the stones of our church can still tell, despite the passing of the centuries.

Needless to say, it will require patience and also the generosity of everyone!

We provide you with some information on the restoration.

An analysis of the static behaviour of the building has shown the need to intervene with masonry consolidation works to improve the structural behaviour.

There is also a need for static consolidation works on the building by means of punctual masonry interventions aimed at improving masonry connections.

There are widespread problems with rising damp that affects the perimeter walls of the liturgical hall and evident phenomena of surface condensation, peeling and detachment of plaster and stucco on the vaults

The liturgical hall needs to have the electrical, lighting and sound system redone, systems that are now old and do not comply with the relevant technical regulations. The electrical lines will therefore be replaced.
