Hi everyone, my name is Szilvia Veres and have a daughter who was born with a very rare desease called glicogenosis, type 4. She is in a wheelchair and needs surgeries almost every year to release her joint-contractures and to prevent future scoliosis which is one of my biggest fear. There is an upcoming surgery in Barcelona done by Dr. Nazarov. This is not available in Hungary where we are from. This surgery loosens the fascia all over around the muscles in the body making movements easier for the patient later and releases the shortened tendons and muscles. This would be a wonderful extra for her after her other surgeries that are done at home. For us however it is very expensive. It would eat up all our savings hence I would like to ask some help. The cost of the surgery is € 4800 plus the flight and hotel for the 2 of us would be an additional € 700.
