Hi everyone!

I am Ornella and I work in the meat industry and I love to cook but today I am excited to announce my project to open a unique fish restaurant, where freshness and quality of ingredients will be my priority. The restaurant will not only be a place to enjoy great food, but will also have an area dedicated to culinary education, where I will organise events and cooking classes to share my passion with you!

In addition, there will be a flat at the back of the restaurant which will serve as a home for the owner, that is me, allowing me to always be present and guarantee exceptional service and attentive management.

To turn this dream into reality I need your help. I am trying to raise funds to cover the initial expenses such as the renovation of the restaurant, the purchase of the necessary kitchen equipment and supplies, the salaries of the staff i.e. chefs, kitchen staff and waiters, marketing and advertising costs to promote the opening of the restaurant; funds to participate in a cooking course.....

I thought of calling it 'Un Mare di Sapori' and the location will be Naples, Italy.

A restaurant that celebrates the freshness of the sea with a cosy atmosphere and maritime design (light wood furniture, marine decorations such as fishing nets and shells, warm lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere). Fresh fish and seafood dishes; I want to include alternative vegetable dishes to fish to appeal to a wider customer base such as vegetarians and vegans; offer a tasting menu that allows customers to enjoy a variety of dishes; organise themed evenings such as wine tastings or events with guest chefs; offer cooking classes to teach customers how to prepare fish dishes; guided tastings i.e. food and wine pairing evenings.

I have already thought of the menu but I need to tell you something more important, which is to talk about your rewards to thank you for your support:

25 euro donation; you will receive a 10% discount voucher on your first meal at the restaurant.

100 euro donation: you will receive a free dinner for two at the restaurant.

Donation of 300 euro: you receive a monthly subscription including two free dinners per month for two people.

500 euro donation: your name will be placed on a plaque in the restaurant as a sign of gratitude.

Donation over 500 euro: you create a special dish that will be included on the menu in your honour and will bear your name!
