We have made significant progress in our project to build new shelters for dogs from war-torn areas, such as Ukraine. We have identified and secured the necessary land and established partnerships with various non-profit organisations committed to animal welfare.

Current Objectives:

1. Dog Relocation: Organise the safe collection of dogs from conflict zones, ensuring they have a safe journey to our shelter.

2. Shelter Construction: Building suitable facilities to house the dogs, including quarantine areas, socialisation spaces and veterinary facilities.

3. Operational Management: Securing the resources necessary for the day-to-day running of the shelter, including food, medical care and qualified staff.

Action Plan:

- Phase 1: Fundraising (0–3 months) COMPLETED

- Phase 2: Transfer of Dogs (3–6 months) COMPLETED

 - Objective: To collect the dogs from war zones and transfer them safely to the shelter.

 - How?

  - By working with partner non-profit organisations to coordinate rescue and transport operations.

  - Ensuring that all health and legal protocols are adhered to during the transfer.

- Phase 3: Construction of the Shelter (6–12 months) COMPLETED

 - Objective: To complete the construction of the facilities needed to house the dogs.

 - How?

  - Commencing construction work in accordance with the approved plans, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

  - Monitoring progress to ensure the quality and timely completion of the work.

- Phase 4: Commencement of Operations (12–15 months)

 - Objective: To commence operations at the shelter, providing care and support to the dogs in our care.

- How?

  - Recruiting qualified staff for the day-to-day running of the shelter.

 - Establishing operational protocols to ensure the animals’ welfare.

  - Managing the procurement of food and veterinary supplies.

To successfully carry out these stages, we estimate a financial requirement of €500,000, broken down as follows:

- Relocation of the dogs: €100,000 COMPLETED

- Construction of the Shelter: €300,000 COMPLETED

- Initial Operating Costs: €100 ,000
