We have made significant progress in our project to build new shelters for dogs from war zones, such as Ukraine. We have identified and secured the necessary land and established partnerships with various NGOs committed to animal protection.

Current Goals:

1. Relocation of Dogs: Organise the safe removal of dogs from conflict areas, ensuring their safe journey to our shelter.

2. Shelter Construction: To build adequate facilities to house the dogs, including quarantine areas, socialisation spaces and veterinary facilities.

3. Operational Management: Ensure the resources necessary for the day-to-day running of the shelter, including food, medical care and qualified staff.

- Phase 4: Operational Start-up (12-15 months)

- Objective: To begin shelter operations, providing care and treatment to the dogs housed.

- By hiring qualified staff for the day-to-day running of the shelter.

- By establishing operational protocols to ensure the welfare of the animals.

- By managing the purchase of food and medical resources.

To successfully implement these steps, we estimate a financial requirement of €500,000, broken down as follows:

- Relocation of the Dogs: €100,000 FULFILLED

- Shelter Construction: €300,000 FULFILLED

- Initial Operating Expenses: €100,000
