Hello, my name is Óscar and I’m 38 years old. I’m from Cádiz, Spain. I was diagnosed with periodontitis about three years ago and had to have 14 teeth removed; I was fitted with a denture, but it wasn’t fitted properly. About four or five months ago, the denture broke whilst I was eating, and I’ve been sticking it back together with glue as I can’t afford to get a new one at the moment. I am asking, please, for a little financial help so that I can get a new denture. I feel very self-conscious about having such a neglected mouth for my age and, above all, what affects me most is that I cannot eat properly, as the broken denture falls out when I eat and if I eat without it, I cannot chew properly as I have no molars to chew with. I am asking you, please, to help me, even if it is just by donating 1 euro.
