Hello 🙈

I’m little Dalia. I was born in April 2022 in Slovakia and now live in my beloved home in Styria. My favourite things are cuddling with my mums or destroying anything that’s lying about. I’m actually a really lively, fun-loving dog, but there’s a little problem… when I was one year old, I started having seizures. At first, it was just one every few weeks… and a year later, I’m now struggling with several seizures a day at times… My mums have taken me for all sorts of tests… But unfortunately, nothing has yet been found that could trigger these seizures or reduce their frequency. For this reason, my vets reckon I’m suffering from epilepsy… we’ve already tried lots of different tablets, but sadly they’re of little to no help to me. To get the dosage right, I need to have blood tests done all the time… on top of that, we’ve already had a CT scan, an MRI and a lumbar puncture… but the enormous costs are driving my mums to despair. So far, the total cost of my tests and tablets has, sadly, exceeded the €10,000 mark. And as my mums are doing everything they can to look after me, I’d now like to ask you for financial help… thank goodness my mums aren’t giving up on me, so I want to keep fighting too🥺
