Hello. To be honest, I had a dream (to work with my daughter in a food truck, as that’s my profession). Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with acute leukaemia in 2019; I had a bone marrow transplant and am now back on my feet, though I’m not as fit as I used to be because the illness has taken its toll. I no longer have the money to make this dream come true, a dream that meant so much to my daughter. It makes me sad to see that I’m no longer my daughter’s hero, as she’s always known me to be very strong, but that… was before… I’d like to make her proud of me and, above all, show her never to give up on anything in life… I’ve found a magnificent, fully equipped food truck for €5,000, but unfortunately the banks won’t back me any longer given my medical history, and I’m living on a disability pension… This food truck would improve our lives both financially and emotionally. If anyone is moved by and understands my story, I would be eternally grateful... Thank you in advance.
