I have been living and working in the Netherlands for the past six months, primarily through temporary working agencies. Unfortunately, my experience has taken a difficult turn recently. The most recent agency I worked with decided to terminate my employment and, as a result, also removed me from the accommodation they provided. This happened right during the holiday season, making the situation even more challenging.

Temporary agencies here typically offer housing tied to the job, so when the job ends, the housing goes with it. At this time of year, however, most agencies pause their operations or hire very little, making it extremely hard to find another job and secure accommodation. I have already spent the money I had saved trying to find another opportunity that includes housing, but this has proven to be a difficult task during the holiday period.

Given the circumstances, I have decided that it would be best for me to return home. My plan is to rent a place back in my home country, rebuild my stability, and work on putting my life back together. Any financial support I receive will be used strictly to cover my travel expenses to return home, secure a place to rent, and help me survive while I actively search for my next job.
