Hi, I'm Joan Kmachine, tattooist and piercer, with years of studio experience. I struggle every day to get ahead after very difficult times. I just need a push to keep doing what I love. After the pandemic and several personal problems, I was forced to quit my job. Today I still tattoo from home, but I can't offer piercings due to lack of material. Everything I earn is reinvested in ink and tools, and I have no room left to grow.

I am asking for a grant of €1,000 to buy the necessary equipment and to resume the piercing service, increase my income and, little by little, create my own professional space.

I have gone through depression, anxiety and very dark moments, but I am still here, fighting with the support of my psychologist and my mother, who is my greatest motivation. I just want to have a decent life, to live what I know how to do, and to give back some of what she has given me.
