Hi, I’m Balázs, I’m 36 years old. I lost my left leg 15 years ago. Although I’ve been trying to live life to the full ever since, I’ve now come up against a serious obstacle: my prosthesis is outdated, and the technology has been overtaken by time. Unfortunately, year after year, state funding only provides cheap, poor-quality components that wear out quickly and cause constant pain and discomfort.
Anyone who knows me knows that I truly hate asking for help. But I had to admit that I cannot manage on my own. I am now turning to an understanding and supportive community, trusting that I can regain my mobility and independence.
The cost of a modern, comfortable prosthesis is a huge financial burden. Even the smallest contribution brings me closer to my goal. Your support not only means physical progress for me, but also restores my self-confidence.
