An appeal for abandoned animals: help us build a shelter for the winter and feed them!* 🐾💕

I am sick and tired of seeing abandoned animals around the city with no one to take care of them. I decided to help them as much as I can and took a piece of land to create a shelter for them. I worked hard to fix it up and improve it over time, at my own expense, without asking for any help. But my willingness to help these animals has been noticed and welcomed by some volunteers who share the same goal as me and who have suggested that I expand the project, they have advised me of this platform, even though I am new here, I hope it is not wasted time, for any guarantee we will show invoices for the purchase of products, etc.

Our shelter has become a place where abandoned animals can find refuge and care (cats, rodents, dogs, etc.). Through some associations, we also offer a space for animals to be adopted. But despite our efforts, we realise that we have to do more to help the strays that increasingly come to us.

Our shelter for abandoned animals is a place of hope and salvation for those who have no one left. Every day, we welcome new friends who need care, love and protection. But in order to provide them with a safe and healthy environment, we need your help.

We recently purchased land to build a new space for our shelter, thanks to our efforts and resources. We also hired vehicles to clear the land of rocks and waste that was there, again at our own expense. Now, our goal is to build a shelter to protect our animal friends from the winter weather and to finish the space to be safely settled.

*The challenges of the summer heat and our initiatives* ☀️

The summer heat has already been very exhausting for our animals, but we have not stopped working to improve their living conditions. Recently, we connected drinking water to our shelter, at our own expense, to ensure our animal friends have access to this basic commodity.

*What we ask now* 🤝

We need your help to build a shelter for the winter. The funds we raise will be used to purchase materials and labour needed to build the shelter. In addition, we also want to purchase a supply load of food and care materials to ensure the best possible living conditions for our animals. We are already negotiating with a supplier who will sell off a large assortment of products on offer but we need the funds to get the whole load as he does not sell loose. Part of it, which would be too much for us as the product is close to expiry, will be donated to some associations that adopt and shelter animals and that are currently in difficulty, one of which I myself have adopted a Labrador femina love that also saved my life on one occasion and is always with me from there!

We also want to purchase a shipment of food and medical supplies to ensure our animals have the best possible living conditions. We are already in talks with a supplier who will offer a wide range of products at a discount, but we need the funds to purchase the entire shipment as they don't sell in bulk. A portion of it, which would be too much for us given the product's nearing expiration date, will be donated to several organisations that adopt and shelter animals who are currently in need. I myself adopted one of them, a loving female Labrador who even saved my life on one occasion and has been there for me ever since!
