My little dachshund's name is 'Roma' and she is 12 years old, she will be 12 in December 2024. For more than a year we have been fighting against a tumour in the udder area which unfortunately does not regress despite chemotherapy treatment, we have had 3 CT scans and various control analyses and the treatment taken has not given exciting results. I have spent all I had without regret and with great love because I am alone and she is my support and loves me very much and I do not leave her alone even for a minute. She is afraid but she lets herself do everything when she is near me! I adore her and it happens more and more often that I can't hold back the tears especially when we sleep together in the big bed, cuddled and tight in an alchemy that animal lovers can understand.

The oncologist, after several rounds of treatment, has no more weapons to deal with the situation than to operate! I am very scared but I understand that we have to do something, but I do not know how to cope with all the necessary expenses, so I am asking you all for help.

The funds needed at the moment for the various tests and the operation are at least € 3200.

Excuse me for venting, but I am desperate and I thank those who want to give me a hand in this dark path of my life and that of 'Rome'. I only hope that I don't have to suffer much and that I can live with me for much longer!
