Loneliness is one of the biggest challenges facing older people today. For many seniors, days pass in silence – without conversation, without meetings, without knowing someone is waiting for them. It's an experience that's hard to measure but easy to overlook.

We are the Saint Nicholas Foundation for Seniors. For years, we've been working for the elderly, and you probably know us from our holiday Letter Campaign. We want to help not only during the holidays.​

That's why we've launched this fundraiser.

We rely on donations, grants, and subsidies - that's what enables us to operate, but it also makes the beginning of each year a time of great uncertainty for us.​

100% of the funds raised will go toward the Foundation's statutory goals - primarily to support older people, combat their loneliness and social exclusion through visits, educational campaigns, help for care facilities, and year-round initiatives like the Letter Campaign. This will ensure our stability and ability to provide real help where it's most needed - all year round.

This year, we particularly want to fight isolation and teach how to understand the emotions of aging - for both those growing older and those supporting them. We want to visit seniors more often, listen to their needs, support nursing homes, and raise awareness of problems that aren't immediately visible.

We have our heads full of ideas, we know what really works – but to make these actions bring real change, we need your support.​
