The Waldorf School and Primary Art School of Central Buda opened its doors to children in September 2014 in the Tárogató Office Center in District II.

Since its foundation, we have been continuously searching for the ideal location for our school and in the spring of 2023 we succeeded in winning the tender of the Municipality of Budapest District II, for the use of the building of the Gesztenyés-kert kindergarten, which has been vacant since the summer of 2022.

But we only have 10 months left to renovate and extend the building.

KBWI parents have been very generous in donating more than ...................... million for our new school project.

With their demolition, repair, covering and painting work, they have raised nearly ............ million forints

million. The teachers have also been very patient and flexible in dealing with the summer of admissions without a building and the start of the school year. The contractors worked in record time

The contractors constructed the ........ sqm building in a very short time, so that classes could start in the new building for KBWI's 10th birthday.

However, we are not ready yet. We are about to complete the first phase of the project, but now we are lucky enough to be able to start the new building on 18 December 2024.
