Hi all of you!

My name is Lucian Belciug and I am from Romania. I am 47 uears old. I am married and I have 2 beautiful and smart children . Currently I live in Bucharest in a flat in a buliding but my dream is to move to my house on earth and to have my own garden, my own trees to take care of.

5 years ago I bought a piece of land 500 sqm at the perphery of Ploiesti. 2 years ago I have started to build my dream house. I confess that I have borrowed every money that I could to get the project, to get all the permits necessary to build the house,and to start the construction itself.

Currently I am on the stage of raising first floor..Next comes the attic and the coverage.. Then external insulation windows entance door and interiors. But the money are gone and there is no possibility of borrowing more from the banks. I have to finish the exterior until next march as the building permit will expire then.

My plan is that me and my wife to move there in Ploiesti together with the younger boy and the elder son to stay in the flat in Bucharest.
