Help us find a home for Sole and Pepe!

We are Luca and Martina, a couple from Bergamo who found the courage to make an extraordinary decision: to rescue two abandoned stray puppies. During a trip to Caltagirone, in Sicily, we found Sole and Pepe, two little angels who were malnourished, frightened and in terrible condition. We couldn’t leave them there. 

We immediately sought help from a local vet, who confirmed that the puppies needed urgent treatment: intestinal parasites, mange and malnutrition were putting their lives at risk. We decided to adopt them and take them back with us to Bergamo, but the journey to ensure they lead a healthy and happy life is still a long one. 

We need your help! 

The veterinary and maintenance costs for the first few months are high. Here are some of the costs we face to ensure Sole and Pepe have a decent life: 

✅ Initial vet check-up – €50 per puppy (total €100) 

✅ Full vaccinations – €80 per puppy (total €160) 

✅ Microchip and registration – €30 per puppy (total €60) 

✅ Treatment for parasites and mange – €100 per puppy (total €200) 

✅ Spaying/neutering – €250 per puppy (total €500) 

✅ Food, carrier and accessories – approx. €300
