I'm Tjaša Tibaut, a PhD in Biomedicine in love with sport. I have loved sport since I was a little girl, it is my passion, my hobby, my job. I could say that I live (for) sport. In my life's journey and self-discovery, besides being loyal, dedicated and successful in sport, I have also obtained a PhD. I have been driven by my love for sport and work and by my analytical and research spirit.
After more than 20 years, I ended my sporting career last year. I want to work in sport and spread awareness about the positive impact of exercise on health and self-confidence. I have always been interested in how to maintain a healthy body with movement and sport.
After 20 years of exploring myself and my body, I can say that I have figured out how to maintain the vitality and fitness of my body, exactly the way I want it. Even after my career, I want to stay true to my body, which has been shaped by sport. I want to continue training and exercising and share all the experiences and knowledge with all generations. I want to motivate and convince everyone that they can contribute to their well-being and health by exercising regularly. Last year I started to share my exercise routine, which takes place three times a week. I share one workout a week for free on my YouTube channel and social networks so that it is easily accessible to anyone who wants to step out of their comfort zone and start taking care of their body on a regular basis.
I raise funds to promote the exercise routine that I share once a week for free and which I want to motivate as many people as possible to take time for themselves, include exercise in their schedules and thus start taking care of the body fitness and health.
