I am 42 years old and I live in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, I need treatment that is not very expensive, but I cannot afford it. I work for minimum wage and I also help at the mosque in our town. The treatment is necessary for a syndrome that my doctor diagnosed, affecting my heart. My arteries are also affected, including those leading to the head.
