From Samos to Holland – 3,500 kilometers of love

A cycling journey for the Special School of Samos

My name is Terry Stefanis. I am 49 years old and I am a passionate cyclist.

I used to leave in Australia the past 23 years but now I have moved permanently to a beautiful island of Greece called Samos, where my father was born.

This year, I am starting a great cycling journey of life: from Samos to the Amsterdam-Netherlands, over 30+ days, covering approximately 3,500 kilometers!

The purpose

This journey is not only a personal challenge — it's an act of love and generosity.

Through this route, I want to support the Special School of Samos, which hosts children with special needs, and help the educators and parents who fight every day to offer their children the best they can.

Government funding is not enough, and every euro can make a difference.

My vision

This journey is dedicated to all those who never stop trying.

I want to show that with faith, willpower, and solidarity, we can achieve great things — for ourselves and for others.

Every pedal stroke is a message of hope for the children of my island.
