The historic centre of Sassari, rich in charm and history, has immense potential that deserves to be rediscovered. We have found a unique opportunity: a studio apartment located in the ancient heart of the city, a few steps away from the train and bus station, a strategic point to welcome travellers and tourists.

Our dream is to transform this space into a cosy Bed & Breakfast, a place where visitors to Sassari can immerse themselves in its authentic beauty and experience the city from a special perspective. Our aim is not just to offer hospitality, but to actively contribute to the redevelopment of the historic centre, bringing life and activity back to an area that has so much to tell.

What will we do with the funds raised?

The funds raised will be used to:

- **Buy the studio apartment** located in a strategic position, close to all the city's main attractions.

- **Redevelop and furnish** the space, making it comfortable and attractive to visitors.

- **Promote the B&B** through local and international tourism channels, making Sassari known as a unique destination.

After the first property we have access to credit to be able to buy a second... a third and so on. Estimated target in 3 years is to buy a house in the country to house rescued animals and daily elderly people who adopt a pet from a distance and can cuddle it or a piece of land and cultivate it if they want. Always together with volunteers. A place where they can spend days, including holidays in company and serenity. They simultaneously help those who have always been kept on the margins.

And the possibility of spending a period hosted by us in Sardinia at our own expense in what will be the final project.
