The historic centre of Sassari, rich in charm and history, has immense potential that deserves to be rediscovered. We have found a unique opportunity: a studio flat located in the ancient heart of the city, just a short walk from the train and coach stations, a strategic spot for welcoming travellers and tourists.

Our dream is to transform this space into a welcoming Bed & Breakfast, a place where visitors to Sassari can immerse themselves in its authentic beauty and experience the city from a special perspective. Our aim is not only to offer hospitality, but to actively contribute to the revitalisation of the historic centre, bringing life and activity back to an area that has so much to tell.

What will we do with the funds raised?

The funds raised will be used to:

- **Purchase the studio flat** situated in a strategic location, close to all the city’s main attractions.

- **Renovate and furnish** the space, making it comfortable and attractive for visitors.

- **Promote the B&B** through local and international tourism channels, raising awareness of Sassari as a unique destination.

Once we have purchased the first property, we will have access to credit to buy a second... a third, and so on. The estimated 3-year goal is to purchase a house in the countryside to accommodate rescued animals and, on a daily basis, elderly people who adopt a pet from afar and can cuddle it, or a plot of land to cultivate if they wish. Always together with volunteers. A place where they can spend their days, including holidays, in good company and peace of mind. At the same time, they help those who have always been marginalised.

And the chance to spend time with us in Sardinia, hosted at our expense, in what will be the final project.

Sassari is just 10 minutes from the sea and is an underappreciated city that has been the birthplace of many historical figures. Rich in history and beauty. The surrounding countryside is a paradise of beaches, woods, pine forests and spas....
