We want a small, simple, compact and as energy efficient a house as possible. It is certainly not the biggest project you have ever seen, but for us it is the most important project.
We invite you to support the construction of an innovative passive house made of CLT (cross-laminated timber) from the renowned manufacturer KLH Austria. This eco-friendly project aims for a sustainable, energy-efficient home with minimal environmental impact. The passive house will reduce energy consumption by up to 90% compared to traditional construction, providing a healthy and comfortable environment. The funds will be used to purchase high-quality CLT materials from KLH Austria, ecological construction and finishes. Contribute to a green future and help us build a sustainable housing model!.
