Dear friends and supporters,

We are here today to ask for your special help, because our shop is going through a very difficult time. The torrential rain a few nights ago flooded the premises, destroying many of our boxes and products. We found soggy merchandise, damaged instructions and shattered packaging. What was an essential stock for us for the coming months and Christmas is largely unusable.

Knowing that we won't be able to offer so many of the gifts we had prepared for you is a blow, but we want to try to get back on our feet and bring the shop back up and provide you with the service you expect and have always shown us to appreciate. That is why we have decided to launch this fundraiser.

Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will help us cover part of the damage and provide us with the materials we need for the Christmas season, such an important time for all of us. With your generosity and affection, we count on being able to rebuild what we have lost and return to giving you smiles and moments of happiness.

We want to be completely transparent: the funds raised will be used to:

- Restore and restock damaged goods.

- Repair damage inside the shop caused by flooding.

- Ensure that, for Christmas, we can offer you the products and gift wrapping that make this period special for everyone.
